Health food store in Kingston. Large selection of fruits, veggies, snacks and a separate deli/prepared food area. I love their non-food tinctures, beauty products and herbal medicines.

Think of Whole Foods but much, much smaller. Good prepared foods to go, fresh organic fruits, grains & vegetables. They also carry a selection of vitamins & tinctures.

There is a branch in Saugerties as well, but this one is very large, with better selection and also, an eat-in deli section. Great for a quick meal on the go. GF friendly and there is a salad bar.
