The Canadian Rockies are an amazing place to explore, It's breathtaking scenery is sure to wow the most demanding taste in the world. Our stops will include the beautiful town of Canmore, Lake Minnewanka which Banff's largest lake, Two Jack Lake which offers breathtaking scenery anytime of the day. Lake Louise will definitely show off its natural glamour, and the many sights along the way will help to create a lifetime memory. You will have plenty of time to shop and taste the local flavours at the Town of Banff where you just might even find Bigfoot! We will also showcase a couple of our favourite places in between stops From mid June to mid October you will stop at the spectacular and must see Moraine Lake! This is my favourite summer lake in all of the parks, you'll feel as if you are seeing heaven on earth as we drive through the Valley of the Ten Peaks! This experience is about wowing you all day! We'll adapt your day according to wildlife sightings, weather conditions, and traffic flow for better enjoyment. Our small groups are up to 10 guests and your day will last 10 to 12 hours depending on the season. Your adventure will start from the moment we pick you up in Downtown Calgary or Canmore, until we drop you off again at the end of the day! If you need to be dropped off in Banff at the end of the tour we can gladly accommodate you and a small piece of luggage.

We'll get in touch with it's vibrant culture, scenery, nature, famous landmarks, and local hidden gems. Vancouver is a city that begs to be explored on 2 wheels. We have one of the world's longest waterfront bike paths and one of the most impressive bike route networks of any city in North America. We'll be biking at a leisurely pace and making 'brakes' along the way for photos. I'll show you some of the best places to capture Vancouver's essence. From panoramic shots of the city skyline to local art displays, you'll see it all! Our tour will take us through mossy forests and fern beds, across a suspension bridge, floating a hundred feet above Lynn Canyon with stunning views of waterfalls and alongside the river to hidden pools that offer the perfect place for a snack of Salmon and Cedar tea. We begin our journey on the world renown Baden Powell Trail, as we follow its winding path through a forest of towering trees Lynn Creek appears alongside us. This trail will deliver us to the Suspension Bridge giving us the chance to gaze into the canyon below taking in the impressive waterfalls from a bird's eye view. The east side of the creek sits above the canyon in a more mature forest and delivers us to Twin Falls a smaller double waterfall. After a short climb, we return to the Suspension Bridge on route to a river beach to brew a little Cedar tea and nibble on candied salmon. Our journey is approximately 5km in length and includes short steep sections with well made wooden steps. The walk is a beautiful figure 8 loop helping us to capture the magic of the canyon while seeing new terrain throughout. Sunset tours include an increased chance of wildlife sightings such as Bears or Owls. Headlamps are provided. Other things to note Please note that this is a non smoking tour. This is due to fire risk in the canyon. Dogs are welcome on this tour! Leash required.

First you must acquire a “one day” Pacific fishing license for the day you’d like to fish crab. These are available online and you must have one to use my equipment (contact me for assistance). On fishing day we’ll meet in a beachfront neighbourhood of Vancouver. I will take you to the pier where I then give a lesson on baiting and setting your traps. You will also learn to identify your catch by species, size, and sex as It is necessary information to follow the legal parameters. I provide you with upto 2 traps each to use and I supervise as you set the traps. We soak the traps for a minimum of 15 minutes at which point you retrieve them under my supervision and we examine the catch. Any legal crab are yours to keep! You’ll be targeting two species: Local Red Rock Crab are not available commercially and have some of the sweetest meat in their claws that you could ever eat in your life!! Pristine, Dungeness Crab are world renowned and the West Coast of North America is the only place to get them fresh out of the Ocean! 1-3 guests use 2 traps each. Due to limited space on the pier, groups of 4 use 1 trap each with double bait. Price is reflected in group of 4 discount

Enjoy this unique and memorable interpretive rainforest expirence. Join me, as we wander through the lush Rainforest of Vancouvers spectatular North Shore. We begin at the magnificent Capilano Pacific trail The sound of the river is present immediately as we gently wind along the canyon 200 feet above the river below. A well maintained path guides us on a trail favourited by locals and nature enthousiast alike. Loaded with waterfalls and beautiful trellis work we will make our way up to the clevland Dam at the base of the North Shore mountains for jaw dropping views of the iconic Lions and Grouse mountains and gorgouse Capilano lake. This lush and stunning rainforest is an absolute specticle with its enormous Coastal Douglas Fir and graceful Cedars trees. This is the best place to expirence the incredible North Shore of Vancouver! Like a scene out of Jurassic Park the ferns and hanging mosses will tickle your senses and leave you awestruck and delighted! Guests will meet the Host at a central location. This may or may not be at the foraging location. If needed the Host will shuttle guests to the foraged location. Each guest will be outfitted with the proper mushroom foraging tools and given a detailed explanation of what each piece of equipment is used for and how it is to be used. Guests will learn how to identify and recognize a few different species of wild mushrooms and have hands on experience learning about mycology and how to forage for wild mushrooms. Since there are thousands of species of mushrooms and fungi, only safe and edible mushrooms will be collected and learned about during this experience. Guests will spend 60-90min on a guided forage walking through mixed terrain in search of wild mushrooms. Once the experience is finished, the group will ensure we "leave no trace" and return back to the rendezvous where guests can provide feedback and be given the opportunity to purchase dried mushrooms previously foraged locally. (Mushroom Hunting is a very seasonal and temperamental activity, guests should be aware there is a small chance that fresh edible mushrooms may not be discovered during their experience however the Host guarantees that wild edible mushrooms will be integrated into the whole experience as well as a fulfilling learning experience!) Other things to note The guide will provide resources to help identify common edible mushrooms via literature and photos. There's a chance that not every foraging experience will result in edible mushrooms but be prepared to have a full day of learning and experiencing the outdoors!

Come out to our farm, visit with all our friendly barn yard animals - we have sheep, alpacas, horses, donkies, cows, ducks. You name it we probably have it! All our animals are friendly and sweet. You will be able to feed them snacks, listen to their hums and interact with the adults and babies. We are a laid back farm and you will be the only group while here.

We will walk around some hidden gems of Vancouver and I will be taking your beautiful portrait photographs. You can either choose one of these adventures as an option or make it custom based according to your preferences. 1. If you love the beaches, we can go to Kitsilano Beach. 2. For a mix of city & waterfront experience, we can walk around Gastown and Canada Place. 3. If you love the arts, then we can walk around the colorful streets in Granville Island 4. Meet our two saanen goats Sage and Rosemary at the barn. Your human guide will lead you on a walk along forest roads, clearings with beautiful views, through small hidden path that takes you through the beautiful forest filled with ferns, moss and shady pine trees. Watch the goats frolic and learn about them while feeding them some hay pellets provided to you.

I have created a simple workshop that uses paper, ink & paint, on a small 8"x 8" canvas. I will guide you step by step as we prepare our papers and select the components to create our small art project. Once we have assembled our supplies (to your choosing) we will put it all together, ready for you to hang at home. Yes you will be the artist! Other things to note: No previous art experience necessary. I will work with you and step-by-step we will complete a take-home 8" x 8" ready to hang canvas. As a bonus we will use the same techniques to create a bookmark! The class is approximately 1.5 hours but best to give yourself a little extra time. This is meant to be a stress free, fun and creative experience. Even though I have listed limited date's- I am available other days or times, to suit your schedule.
