When you want an American type meal this is a great place and very popular with the locals. They have the best burgers in town, a chicken Caesar is good and the Thai beef salad too! Quite the spot at night no reservations here

We know the owner so this place is a go to for a glass of wine in the evening or have a lunch here the fish and chips are delish and it is owned by Australians so food is more American but the people are great!

Fantastic views of the Etangs and the Pyrenees. Well marked easy walks along the beach, which is often deserted, and through the vineyards. Stop at La Cambuse du Saunier on the way home.

The absolute best beach in this region! White sand and clear waters never too crowded, a must in the summer. We always book ahead at Chez Biquet for sunbeds and lunch. They also have DJ every night in the summer. This place is our favorite!

Lovely town about 30-40 minutes away with a clear river where you can swim or canoe. Really lovely views and the town is set on water. The drive from Maisonnarbonne is lovely with little villages and you can stop and taste wine all the way!
